Our history...

This website is designed
for teachers by teachers in support of the United Nations
Convention on the Rights of the Child and the
Millennium Development Goals, with a particular emphasis on
Goal #2: To achieve universal primary education.

All efforts to
educate and advocate on behalf of children and families
around the world support ACEI's 2005 Resolution to Advocate for
UNICEF's Strategic Plan for the World's Children and
Youth and the 2007 Resolution on Advocacy and Resolution
for Childhood Participation.
As a nongovernmental
organization (NGO), the Association for Childhood Education
International (ACEI) actively supports these
goals.
